Mozambique isn’t in the 45 supported countries. This is a common request pattern on the forum. Let me tag the team since this requires action at the platform level to add country support.

Thanks for reaching out. To be upfront: this isn’t something I can fix for you directly. Hercules Commerce is only available to users in 45 countries right now, and Mozambique isn’t among them yet. (You can still accept payments from customers in 195 countries, but as a seller/business based there, Commerce isn’t enabled.)

This is also a common request here, and there’s a running list of similar requests from other countries (Nigeria, India, Turkey, the Philippines, and many more).

What I’d suggest:

  1. Make sure this request is in the right place. I’d move this into the Feature Requests category so the team sees it as a vote for support. You can do that by editing this topic and changing the category.

  2. Use the dedicated support channel as well. Click “Support & feedback” inside the Hercules app, select “Hercules Commerce”, and mention that you need support in Mozambique. That puts your request directly in front of the Commerce team and is the most reliable way to get a response about country availability.

There’s no timeline I can give you for when Mozambique would be added, but the team has said Commerce is a major priority and the more feedback they receive, the more likely it is to be expanded.
