I checked the docs and couldn’t find an answer.

I asked Hercules Agent or ran Debug Mode and it didn’t resolve my issue.

Hi Vitor,

Brazil is not currently on the list of supported countries for Hercules Commerce. The platform supports merchants from 45 countries, and Brazil is not included yet.

The supported countries are listed in the docs: https://hercules.app/docs/apps/commerce/compliance#what-countries-are-supported

What you can do:

  • Contact support to request Brazil support. Click “Support & feedback” inside the app and select “Hercules Commerce”. The team will note your request and check if Brazil will be added soon.
  • Set up a legal entity in a supported country. Some users in unsupported countries create a business entity in a supported country (e.g. US, Canada, UK) to use Commerce.
