I checked the docs and couldn’t find an answer.

I asked Hercules Agent or ran Debug Mode and it didn’t resolve my issue.

Colombia is not yet on the list of supported countries for Hercules Commerce. The current supported countries are:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.

What you can do:

  1. Contact support to check if Colombia will be added soon. The docs note that the team may expand support to additional countries.
  2. Set up a legal entity in a supported country if that works for your business. Some users have done this as a workaround.
  3. Opt out of Hercules Commerce for now if you want to continue building your app without the payment feature, and revisit later when Colombia is supported.
