Ok so I’m misunderstanding the email that was sent. Now that I look at it again I can see why. It is warning that my app will be shutdown as my app is consuming credits. The wording here suggests that it is CURRENTLY consuming credits which is why I asked why that might be the case. From my end it looked like the company was charging me without my knowledge or permission. I also now remember that you don’t have my card details yet but that’s what I get for skimming and reacting lol It looks like this auto-message’s trigger needs to be amended so that it only sends once balance < £0 not balance <=£0. Perhaps you could create a separate “pre-warning” for balance at or near £0 so that users are prepared for what will happen when balance is < £0. An in app message in the chat interface when you are asking the ai to do something that will bring you near or close to £0 even if it’s an estimate would put you beyond the competition in credit management as well.
