Request for Credit Top-Up Feature and Review of Credit Consumption

Dear Hercules Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to share some feedback and request your consideration for a couple of improvements to the platform.

Firstly, it would be extremely helpful if Hercules could introduce a Credit Top-Up feature. Currently, whenever my available credits are exhausted, I am required to upgrade to a higher plan, even when I need only a limited number of additional credits. A flexible pay-as-you-go credit top-up option would provide users with greater flexibility and cost efficiency without requiring a plan upgrade.

Secondly, I have observed that Hercules appears to consume significantly more credits during website development activities compared to Horizon by Hostinger. Similar development tasks seem to require substantially fewer credits on the Hostinger platform, resulting in a more economical user experience.

I would appreciate it if your team could:

  1. Consider introducing a credit top-up facility.
  2. Review and optimize credit consumption for website development tasks.
  3. Provide greater transparency regarding credit usage so users can better estimate project costs.

I believe these enhancements would greatly improve the user experience and make the platform more competitive and cost-effective for developers.

Eu pedi para facturarem o saldo em plano pro de 25 usd e não carregar o saldo em do cloud IA Balance 10 USD em duas facturas

Por favor preciso que resolvam isso, quero continuar a fazer retificacoes, no meu APP e estou sem crédito e vocês por engano facturaram o valor de IA que eu já havia pago.

Por favor resolvam isso,. Solicito que retire 25 usd em IA Cloud Balance para Crédito IA de produção para resolver esse engano.

Hi there

  1. We are exploring adding a credit top up. We are testing this with new users in the coming months. We will keep you posted where we land
  2. There are many other app builders out there. Hercules focuses on quality and accuracy. If you see hercules.app/customers there are some incredibly large apps built on Hercules that I can guarantee you can’t build on Horizon, let alone any other platform
