Whats been happening?

Hey guys, been here for a while now, just a general question really more than a criticism.

What is going on? Things seem to have gone really silent of late, I feel like the momentum has really stopped or at least the communication, features that were promised in the coming days still 6 months later still no where to be seen, again not a criticism, more a concern. For example, It was spoken about in June (might be misremembering) about 1 off credit purchases but I haven’t heard anything since and my attempt on getting a follow up in that same forum post remains unanswered

Before people seemed to be actively involved in the forum, questions answered, engaging with the community.

I understand the development road-map can constantly change but just a post here and there letting us all know where you guys are at from time to time? I feel like the forums would be a great place for that

Anyway, love what you guys have here, I really do, it has helped me make something extremely useful that I lacked the technical skill to achieve and I hope to see it continue and grow

Hey! Thank you for the feedback and so sorry if it feels like we haven’t been communicating. We have been growing very quickly and have made many updates over the months.

While we don’t have pay as you go credits, we did make some updates to make credit purchases more flexible recently. If there is any specific feature you are interested in just let us know.

When you say they have become more flexible can you elaborate as to how? When I look at the credit purchase option (unfortunately still only subscription based) I can only see the same ones, is it the higher tier that changed?

As for the one of credit purchases any indication as to when that might be a thing? this post Request for Addition of AI Credit Top-Up Feature - #11 by Brendan outlines that something would be rolling out soon but haven’t heard anything.

Actually one feature I am curious about is if there is any plans for inbound email parsing without the need of a third party service?
