Hercules Commerce support for Serbia

Hello Hercules team,

I would like to request support for Hercules Commerce in Serbia.

We are currently developing AutoSistem, a digital platform for vehicle owners, automotive service providers, technical inspection centers, and other partners in the automotive industry. The platform is being built with Hercules, and we plan to use commerce functionality for:

  • membership and subscription packages;
  • online service payments;
  • partner fees and commissions;
  • marketplace transactions;
  • loyalty rewards and discounts;
  • recurring payments;
  • invoicing and payment-status tracking.

At the moment, Serbia can be selected during the Hercules Commerce setup, but the system displays “Country not supported.”

For the Serbian market, it would be important to support:

  • businesses registered in Serbia;
  • payments in RSD – Serbian dinar;
  • Serbian billing and company information;
  • payment cards issued by Serbian and international banks;
  • integration with payment providers available in Serbia;
  • one-time and recurring payments;
  • invoices, refunds, and payment confirmation webhooks;
  • compliance with Serbian tax and fiscalization requirements, where applicable.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether support for Serbia is already planned;
  2. Whether there is an estimated timeline;
  3. Which payment provider Hercules Commerce would use for Serbian businesses;
  4. Whether an alternative or custom payment-provider integration can be used until official support becomes available.

Support for Serbia would allow us to keep the complete subscription, marketplace, and billing workflow within Hercules instead of developing a separate commerce system.
