Please add Serbia (RS) to the list of supported countries for Hercules Commerce.
Currently, Serbia is not supported, which prevents developers and businesses based in Serbia from using Hercules Commerce to accept payments through their applications.
Why this would be valuable
Serbia has a growing startup, software, e-commerce, and digital services ecosystem. Adding Serbia would allow local developers and businesses to use Hercules Commerce for:
- SaaS subscriptions
- Digital products
- Physical products
- Services and bookings
- Memberships
- Event tickets
- Donations
It would also make Hercules more accessible to developers building internationally oriented products from Serbia.
Suggested support
Ideally, Serbia should be supported for the full Hercules Commerce workflow, including:
- Merchant onboarding
- Payment processing
- Customer payments
- Payouts to Serbian businesses
- Compliance and verification
- Refunds and transaction management
If full support for Serbia requires additional steps or depends on a specific payment provider, documentation explaining the requirements would also be very helpful.
