Hi Hercules Team,
We are currently using the AI Usage History to monitor our AI credit consumption. It is useful to see how many credits are deducted for each transaction.
However, the current usage history only shows the date/time and the number of credits used. It does not show what activity, task, prompt, or system change caused that credit consumption.
We would like to suggest adding more details to each AI Usage History record, for example:

Activity / task description
-
Feature or module involved
-
AI action performed
-
Credits consumed for that specific activity
-
Reference to the related AI chat or request, if available
This would help us understand the actual cost of developing or modifying different ERP functions and allow us to estimate future AI credit requirements more accurately.
For example, if we ask Hercules AI to create a new Contact Master, modify a Sales Opportunity workflow, or add a new report, we would like to know how many AI credits were used specifically for that task.
This would be very useful for budgeting, cost control, and planning future ERP development.
