Feature request: Enable Brazil for commerce + visual cue per chat tab

Hi team!

First of all, congratulations on the tool — it’s been simply excellent. I have zero development background, and even so I’ve been able to build a genuinely valuable internal system for my company. That was only possible because of the quality of what you’ve built. Truly, thank you.

While I’m here, I’d like to leave two suggestions:

  1. Enabling Brazil for billing/commerce. I don’t fully understand how it works under the hood, but I know there are a lot of people asking for payment support across different countries. Opening up “commerce” for Brazil would help a lot of us here.

  2. A visual cue per chat tab. Right now, when a chat finishes a task, it plays a sound — which already helps a lot. It would be great if, on top of the sound, the tab also flashed a color, so you can quickly tell which chat it refers to when you have several open at the same time.

  2. For visual cue per chat tab - we just added this! You will see a small blue dot next to chats that are finished
