Add Hercules Commerce support for Paraguay

Hi Hercules Team,

I am currently building an application using your platform and I would like to implement Hercules Commerce features. However, my business is located in Paraguay.

Could you please guide me on how to enable commerce and payment options for my country, or if it is possible to integrate a custom payment gateway API compatible with Paraguay?

We are working on expanding our support for more regions. We will keep you posted!

In the meantime, I suggest asking Hercules who a recommended local payment provider is and integrating with it through API directly
