# Nao consigo usa commerce

I checked the docs and couldn’t find an answer.

I asked Hercules Agent or ran Debug Mode and it didn’t resolve my issue.

Hi Vitor,

Brazil is not currently on the list of supported countries for Hercules Commerce. The platform supports merchants from 45 countries, and Brazil is not included yet.

**What you can do:**

- **Contact support** to request Brazil support. Click “Support & feedback” inside the app and select “Hercules Commerce”. The team will note your request and check if Brazil will be added soon.
- **Set up a legal entity** in a supported country. Some users in unsupported countries create a business entity in a supported country (e.g. US, Canada, UK) to use Commerce.

I will tag @Arnav and @Anthony_Saldana so the team can see your request directly and share any updates on Brazil support.
