Option 1: Professional & Polished (Recommended for feedback or support tickets)
"Introducing a flexible, pay-as-you-go balance system for cloud storage would be a great addition. Allowing users to add small amounts as needed reduces unnecessary monthly subscription costs—especially for long-time users—and significantly enhances the overall user experience."
Option 2: Direct & Concise
"It would be great to offer a pay-as-you-go balance option for cloud storage. This would help existing users avoid paying full monthly subscription fees when they only need a little extra storage, leading to a much better user experience."
Option 3: Feature Proposal Format (Best for product feature requests)
Feature Suggestion: Flexible Cloud Storage Top-Up
“Adding a credit-based ‘pay-as-you-go’ option for cloud storage would benefit loyal users by eliminating the need for expensive monthly plans when only minimal storage is required. This flexibility would greatly improve customer satisfaction and user experience.”
