My IT department isn’t thrilled with the app being at risk if the company fails or changes the rules or AI costs rise a lot. As president of a small company, I can’t not use it because I have built an industry leading custom quoting and design tool for my sales team. To help satisfy the IT team, I am taking the approach that even if Hercules goes under, we should have the database backed up and a copy of the code base as a template for a similar AI driven platform to use to rebuild the app in short order. I got the database export automated but I can’t find a way to archive the codebase in an automated way. I can do it manually, so just an option to automate that would be great.

Hi,
There are no automated export features. Exports are not used for backup restoration. They are fine foe keeping a copy of your codebase and app.

For automated backup, we have a dedicated scheduled backups feature available on Business plans. You can find this on the Backend page.
